Paola is the Director of Regulatory Affairs at AES Gener, a position from which she has driven key changes that have accelerated the company's energy transition in Chile and Colombia. With a strong commitment to sustainable solutions for clients, her extensive experience in positions both in the public sector and in international companies has shaped her leadership in the company to create value in the communities where AES works.

As a Civil Electrical Engineer and Master in Industrial Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, her work experience has been linked to companies, organizations and institutions related to the energy market. That is why her knowledge and deep analysis of the sector has facilitated the transformation of AES Gener from a conventional energy producer to one focused on renewable production with a strong focus on its customers.

In addition to her position at AES Gener, she is Vice President of the Chilean Association of Renewable Energies and Storage (ACERA), from where she collaborates in promoting the development of energies from non-fossil and sustainable renewable resources and storage systems for Energy.
