Norberto Corredor is an Electrical Engineer from the Universidad Metropolitana de Venezuela, and holds a Master's degree in Non-Conventional Renewable Energies from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile. He has over 36 years of experience in the electric industry in the generation, transmission, and distribution sectors.

He has management studies from Concordia University in Canada and the University of Virginia in the United States. Currently, he holds the position of COO Chile with the responsibility of managing the operation and maintenance of power plants with an installed capacity of 3.4 GW throughout the Chilean territory.

Previously, he has held managerial positions in energy companies in Venezuela, El Salvador, Canada, and the United States.
