H2 Chile re-elected Luis Sarras as Member of its Board of Directors

The Chilean Hydrogen Association (H2 Chile) renewed part of its Board of Directors and re-elected the representative of AES Andes, Luis Sarras, for a new one-year period, along with 5 other members. 

After a close vote in which 12 candidates participated, the Partners' Meeting elected Sarras -who also serves as Director of H2 at AES Andes- together with Andrés Alonso, from Antofagasta Minerals; Alexandra Belaunde, from Arcadis; Mario Gómez, from TCI Gecomp and the professional partners, Grace Keller and Erwin Plett.

In addition to these six representatives, the board of directors of H2 Chile is also made up of another 5 members who are elected every three years and whose renewal will be in 2024.

At the same time that he thanked the confidence of the Partners’ Meeting, Luis Sarras stated that “the board of directors will continue its efforts to accelerate the energy transition by promoting the development of hydrogen-related technologies, where a strong public-private collaboration is essential for us to be a leading country in the production and export of this energy vector”.
